What We’re Doing

We operate three distinct programming platforms, all based at promoting dialogue and building bridges between communities. If have any questions about the programs, partnering opportunities, or are interested in appearing in one of our events, give us a shout.

logoUnplugged on the Front Porch is our monthly concert series in the acoustically and visually stunning neo-Gothic All Saints’ Episcopal Church. We feature performers who are not just outstanding musicians and songwriters, but have a story they can tell. Stop by on the third Thursday of every month for some of the best music and conversation in town.

elephant in room logoElephant in the Room is our quarterly series designed to inspire dialogue about the problems that loom over our world. With help from experts in each field, we tackle the tough or taboo subjects: homelessness, veterans’ issues, human trafficking. We work with other organizations to promote awareness and dialogue about these problems to improve our local and global communities.

Parable Logo FA

Parable is our re-imagining of the Sunday evening worship service in a pub. Meeting once a month at Opal Divine’s on South Congress. With music curated by Dave Madden and a rotating cast of outstanding local performers and conversations with major central Texas personalities about faith, this service offers fellowship, food, and drink in the best ┬áChristian tradition.

We also regularly partner with other organizations. In the past, we’ve worked with groups such as Humanities Texas, Capitol View Arts, and the Live Music Capital Foundation, among others. If you’re interested in working with us, we’d love to hear from you.
